Job Summary:
Configuration and management of all client networks as per Archimedia’s standards, as well as setting up, configuring and programming of client’s automation and AV system components.
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronics.
- Operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems.
- Deploy and test networks, automation and AV systems according to standard.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating systems.
- Be familiar with all hardware and software/operating systems.
- Troubleshoot all system issues.
- Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.
- Connect and set up hardware.
- Load all required software.
- Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
- Handle communications with technology suppliers regarding support/maintenance.
- Generate a complete and detailed IP Table for each project.
- Responsible for Lutron systems programming and operating system updates.
- Responsible for KNX systems programming and operating system updates.
- Responsible for Crestron systems programming and operating system updates.
- Responsible for Networks configuration and operating system updates.
- Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent
- CCNA certification or equivalent.
