- Job Summary:
Support the Managing Director in preparing all documents related to proposals, device locations & contracts. Properly manage the documents filing and sharing with internal & external parties. Attend client meetings (where possible), write minutes of meetings and scope of work documents. Assist the MD in setting up meetings,
● Learn what systems & solutions we provide in order to assist in preparing proposals
● Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
● Update sales and customer records
● Generate monthly sales report
● Continuously documenting client requirements/functionality throughout the sales life cycle.
● Attend meetings with the MD to supporting in proper documentation.
● Keep track of and document all project changes.
● Ensures project documents are complete on time, accurate, and stored appropriately.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Engineering or similar
Work Experience Requirements: ● 1+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator or other administrative role ● Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office ● Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs ● Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills ● Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadline ● Read/speak/write in English language, a plus if they can speak Arabic ● Self-driven to learn & educate themselves. ● Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs ● Excellent ability to write/read/send emails. ● Ability to adapt to new computer software. ● Has a passion for technology ● High attention to detail & highly organized ● Ability to work under pressure |
